Josia Fiore, Program Manager

Josia spent her formative years growing up in Italy, as part of a military family, but is no stranger to Huntsville. She is a graduate of Randolph High School and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she majored in Foreign Language and International Trade. Josia was the Community Outreach Coordinator from another non-profit organization, AshaKiran and, before that, she worked in the banking and retail fields. As the Program Manager for Nexus Energy Center, she will have a hand in just about everything we do as a non-profit organization. Josia looks forward to accomplishing innovative and successful new achievements for Nexus Energy Center.

Keith Lowhorne, Development Officer

Keith brings to the Nexus Energy Center over 40 years of experience in the broadcasting business and non-profit organizations. Keith knows Alabama very well and has traveled extensively throughout, forming relationships with people who live and work in our communities. Keith has been heavily involved in local, state, and national non-profit boards throughout his career and wishes to continue that involvement with the Nexus Energy Center, helping to bring awareness and understanding of the importance of saving and conserving our natural resources for the generations to come.

 

 

Ioanna Fotopoulou, Brand & Communications Manager

Ioanna is an engineer with an MSc degree on Energy, a marketer and a social entrepreneur since 2008. For her initiatives she has been awarded by many international organisations like One Young World, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGIU), Social Impact Award and the US State Department – YTILI program. She served as the president of Rotaract Anatolia and the Engineering Department of her college. She has worked on communication and brand awareness in Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina with European Fund for the Balkans, in Brussels at the European Parliament, in Athens at the Greek ministry of Education and at Impact Hub Athens.
